As part of a large coastal development in southwest Turkey, project coordination and delivery management services were provided for 6 private villas from RIBA Stages 3–7. The architectural design was developed by OAB, with the role focused on coordinating technical development, consultant integration and construction delivery throughout the project.
In close collaboration with local engineers, contractors and specialist teams, the project was carefully coordinated to achieve a high level of construction quality, material execution and detailing across all villas. The scheme reflects a strong emphasis on technical precision, collaboration and delivery consistency within a complex large-scale environment.
