Fairway House

This detached new build in North London sits within a generous plot, responding to its urban context through a contemporary architectural language. The street-facing elevation is composed of solid surfaces and controlled louvred openings, while the rear opens fully to the garden to maximise light and views.

The design uses the spatial freedom of a new build to introduce double-height spaces, gallery voids and generous volumes. The rear garden extends the living spaces outdoors, creating a continuous relationship between interior and landscape.

Internally, the design focuses on simplicity and material clarity, resulting in a contemporary home that balances privacy to the street with openness to the garden.
