The structure employs modern construction systems, and the façade openings, together with floor gallery openings, are carefully positioned to maximise daylight throughout the interior. Due to the building’s northern orientation towards the garden, no additional solar shading is required, allowing sunlight to naturally illuminate the living spaces.

The ground floor has been configured to support the highly social lifestyle of the middle-aged and young couple, providing generous spaces for entertaining friends and family. Upper floors have been reserved for private family use, particularly for the couple and their young children, allowing for future adaptation while ensuring that the essential functions of the home are fully realised from the outset.
