As part of a large coastal development in southwest Turkey, project coordination and delivery management services were provided for a collection of 9 rental three-bedroom villas from RIBA Stages 3–7, where the architectural concept was designed by OAB and the role focused on technical coordination, consultant integration and the management of construction delivery throughout the project.
Developed in close collaboration with local engineers, contractors and specialist teams, the villas were delivered with a strong emphasis on construction quality, material execution and refined detailing. The project reflects a coordinated and technically driven approach within a complex large-scale development environment.
