Dorchester Extension

This project is a rear ground floor extension to a house in South London. The corner is gently filleted, introducing a subtle sense of movement while strengthening the connection between the interior spaces and the garden beyond.

The extension is combined with a reorganisation of the immediate garden, improving use, permeability and daylight. A single kitchen, living and dining space opens directly to the exterior, enhancing visual depth and daily engagement with the outdoor space.

The design sits comfortably within its context while introducing a restrained contemporary character. Internally, a simple and minimal arrangement supports a calm, functional living environment aligned with the client’s brief and budget.
