This North London project centers on a ground floor extension, structured around smart structural decisions to maximize space and value. As part of a broader spatial masterplan, the scheme also incorporates a roof dormer and an integrated garden redesign.

Interventions to the existing house remain strategic and minimal, focusing on spatial enrichment rather than structural disruption. The new extension houses an open living and dining area designed as the central focus of the home. Wrapped in zinc cladding with slim aluminium frames, the addition draws natural light deep into the plan while connecting the interior directly to the garden.

The roof extension uses the same material palette to maintain visual continuity across the entire volume. Complementing the architecture, the garden layout incorporates poured concrete and travertine slabs to shape a refined outdoor landscape.
