Located outside a conservation area in Northwest London, this residential scheme explores a refined, modern architectural approach. The design incorporates contemporary construction logic, utilizing strategic openings and internal voids to bring natural light deep into the interior.

The spatial layout cleanly separates social and private functions across levels. The ground floor is organized around generous open areas tailored for entertaining, while the upper levels house the bedrooms and private family spaces.

A thoughtfully integrated garden links the interior spaces directly to the outdoors, resulting in a design defined by clean lines, natural light, and spatial clarity.
