This project involved project coordination and delivery management for six private villas within a major coastal development in southwest Turkey. Working across RIBA Stages 3 to 7, the focus was to translate the architectural concept by OAB into fully realized homes through technical management and consultant integration.

Working alongside local engineering and construction teams, every detail was carefully managed to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and material quality. The result is a refined collection of residences built with technical precision, successfully navigating the demands of a large coastal site.
