As part of a large coastal development in southwest Turkey, project coordination and delivery management services were provided for nine rental three bedroom villas. Taking the project from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 7, the role focused on technical coordination, consultant integration, and managing construction delivery, with the original architectural concept designed by OAB.

Developed in close collaboration with local engineers, contractors, and specialist teams, the villas were completed with a strong focus on build quality and refined detailing. The final result reflects a clear, technically driven approach within a complex site environment.
